Receiving & Inspection
Every delivery comes to our warehouse first.
Every project starts at our warehouse. Freight, white-glove carriers, and parcels all come to one address: ours. Nothing lands at the job site early, and nothing sits on a porch.
Each piece is unboxed, inspected, photographed, and logged the day it arrives. If something comes in damaged, you know within a day, while there is still time to file the claim and reorder. You get one running record: what is in, what is pending, what needs attention.

Climate-Controlled Storage
Your project consolidates until the site is ready.
Design projects rarely arrive all at once. We consolidate yours in clean, climate-controlled storage, for weeks or months, until every piece is in and the site is ready.
Furnishings stay wrapped, racked, and inventoried. When the install date is set, we stage the full project in delivery order, down to the accessories.

Full-Service Installation
The job we built the company around.
Install day is the job we built the company around. Our uniformed crews deliver, place, and assemble to your floor plan. We hang art and mirrors level. We clear every carton and leave the space photo-ready.
Most installs finish in a day. Reveals happen on schedule because everything before them did.

Custom Crating
Built to the piece, not to a standard box.
We build custom crates for chandeliers and other delicate, high-value pieces. Each crate is made for what goes inside it, so the piece travels protected, whether it is going into storage or across an ocean.
International Shipping
Shipped on our account, not yours.
We ship internationally through our own DHL account and work directly with brokers. You do not need to open an account or manage the freight yourself. Tell us where it is going.
BASED IN DALLAS-FORT WORTH
Installing wherever the project is. We have installed in Sea Island, Austin, Colorado, and the Bahamas, mobilizing on one to two weeks' notice. Fully insured.
